In the circumstances with the Covid 19 situation, 2021 the 4th International Conference on Robotics and Mechatronics (ICRoM 2021) has been held online during May 28-31, 2021. Having the conference online increased availability for participants. By not necessitating travel, the participants saved money, saved time and reduced the impact on the environment. As the workshop of RSAE 2021, all accepted papers were published into International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8846-7).
